After numerous requests for another video we felt compelled to make one (sorry Craig – if you are in bed wanting to read our blog, we recommend headphones!) Rosie came up with the idea of videoing herself creating pupusas, a corn cake dish from El Salvador and Honduras, in our outdoor kitchen. She stayed highly motivated and everyone managed to get along throughout…

Well I enjoyed the video. If you eat like that every night I am going to get on a plane right now. I expect beans for breakfast when I arrive.

I am reading your blogs but can not always think of anything to say. Is the apple cider made witn Granny Smiths? The corn flour you get in the americas is not the same as our corn flour apparently. I have an overwhelming urge to buy baby turnips.

Glad we haven’t lost you with the lack of bird content! It is made with granny smiths, it’s very tasty, almost got a pineapple flavour. We were actually talking about the corn flour earlier, it’s not the same as the corn flour you use for thickening sauces. It could be known as “maize flour” in the UK perhaps.

Oh and the turnips are called Hakurei, but I’ve never seen them back home

Yummy! Well done making all that in your tiny kitchen! Much more entertaining than the usual recipe videos you get on you tube. Even has outtakes! Could go viral. Xxxx
