Good first attempt at film making, Rosie, but you might want to take on board a few of my tips.
1. A good build up of suspense, especially the scene with the bread rising, but could be enhanced with the sudden appearance of a knife stabbing the loaf as it comes out of the oven.
2. The porridge could have been secretly poisoned
3. Burn the laptops after receiving your mission details from your secret overlords.
4. A flock of marauding birds could have attacked the protagonists in the hot tub…..owls maybe? Or a low flying plane?
5. I have always advocated a cameo appearance in my films, but perhaps it was a little overdone here. However,
I do very much like your homage to the golden age of silent film, the whole thing is very Buster Keaton with a WiFi connection. Bravo.
